What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We can’t wait to get your order into your hands! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is submitted and another once your package has shipped.
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us so we can help.
How do donations work?
Once all orders are complete, we’ll total the donations and send a final email sharing the amount donated. We’ll also provide confirmation with receipts and share the final numbers with Accent Aigu Entertainment [the show's production company] and Rachel Reid. Transparency is incredibly important to us.

How much does shipping cost?
